Mission Critical: Children’s Hospital Direct Mail

St. Louis Children's Hospital

St. Louis Children’s Hospital offers the most comprehensive and experienced pediatric and newborn transport service in the Midwest, completing more than 2,500 trips each year. Each of the highly-skilled critical care nurses and paramedics who make up the transport team rely on their specialized (and expensive) vehicles and equipment to safely get seriously ill or injured kids to lifesaving care.

Now that Children’s has expanded to include two additional home bases, one in Alton, IL and one in Farmington, MO, they are making more trips than ever. Children’s came to Almanac with the goal of raising funds for a brand new mobile intensive care unit (MICU). The direct mail campaign we crafted highlights the Transport Team heroes and and uses stories of actual patients to draw donors to join this critical mission.
