St. Louis Children's Hospital

The marketing team at St. Louis Children’s Hospital knows that the most influential component in referrals is a strong relationship between referring pediatricians and the hospitals physicians. So when it was time to introduce an expanded general surgery team, they knew their target audience was community pediatricians, but they weren’t sure the best way to facilitate relationship-building into already-packed professional and personal lives.

Using both print and video, we developed biographical sketches of BJH pediatricians that helped personalize the best in the field, giving audiences a one-on-one approach to learning about them.
